Sabbath observance is an essential practice in our congregation. Please do not plan to set up or tear down your campsite on the weekly or feast Sabbaths.
We expect all campers to attend evening services. If you are unable to attend service, please do not roam the camp during this time. All minors must be with their adults during service times.
There will be various workshops throughout the week. These will include specific times for men, women, and different teachings.
We will have two designated times for teens (11-18) to gather. They will get to know each other, have lessons, and play some great camp games. We will also have a teen tent with games and tables that will be available during free time and after service until 10pm.
There will be two days with scheduled children’s programs for ages toddler-10. Children should wear clothes that can get stained or potentially pain on them. The children’s program includes a tee at no extra cost. *Please Note: We will need volunteers to make this program work! If you have a child attending, please try to volunteer for one of the class times.
Dance circles will be formed each evening at the service. We ask that the dancers be 10 years old and older for the safety of the children and dancers. Only experienced dancers will be allowed to dance in the center circle. Dance workshops may be scheduled at a later time; if so, you will receive a schedule in your guest packet with details.
If you would like to perform a special dance offering during an evening service, please see Kerensa Grimsley or email her at kerensa.l.grimsley@gmail.com
We will offer baptisms during the event. You may sign up for that after opening service.
If you would like to renew your wedding vows, you can sign up for that after the opening service.
We have planned two free days throughout the week. These days will have limited programming and will be open for families to catch up on laundry, shopping, relax, or just fellowship.
If you have a product you would like to sell, Marketplace will be the on a free day between 10am-2pm at the amphitheater. You will be responsible for any supplies (table, shade, petty cash for change) that you need to set up your market.
If you would like to sign up to share at this time, please contact Amber Thornbrough by September 15, 2025. Talents include singing, instrumentals, dance, or a funny (and appropriate) joke/standup. NOTE: there will be limited stage space and sound system. Slots are limited and talent Screening will occur prior to the event
Grafted will provide the evening meal on opening day (Mon. Oct. 6). You will be responsible for all other meals, snacks, drinks during the celebration.
